Hawker Hunter scratch build for turbine power was created by THE BLACKBIRD
This has come about because my own design jet did not cut the mustard, or it did not fly
So neading a single engined fun jet to fly this fits the bill and i have the plan, well half of it up to yet
So having stripped everything out of the non flying OD i got the plan out
Just to have a look at, but then ad i like the building i cut a couple of parts, as you do
Im trying to build a lot lighter this time as the last one came out at 26 lbs so all the holes

Been doing some more on this one as i enjoy the woodwork building the best, it will always take precedence over a painting job

Pulled it of the bench and turned it round so i can do the top half of the fuselage
But i nead the plan sheet with the wing on, i need the rib to go on where the fuse joins the wing
But i cannot find it, strange as all my plans are in a box
My Sr 71 plan vanished as well

Got the first side planked as far as i can go until i get the new set of plans i ordered from Traplet today
I can then cut the rib and plank to it, my wing sheet of the plan had vanished
I lifted it off the bench and gave the nose a little sanding

Sorry to see this, BB, if it is not too impertinent - what has happened?

if you are calm and collected when all about you are going berserk - you've missed something important!

Not at all Eric, its been coming for the last 5 years, i dont get on with her son, we had our first set to 5 years ago when it virtually came to fisticuffs, and we have had several since, and that turned nat against me
To be honest the only thing thats kept me here has been the dogs and my shed, as you know the sheds a modellers dream, and of course the weathers brilliant for my Arfer Ritus
We had another set to on Saturday and i let it all come out as i do rarely, but when i fly i fly high
So with brexit coming up i will have no blue health card, like i had when i broke my neck three years ago, so i would get a huge bill, and next year im 80 so its the right time to walk away
Ill be a lot better off in the uk financially, and the club at Bebington is only a stones throw away, same as at my other sons the club there is close
I shall bring very little home as im only allowed three cases, so my friends here are having a birthday treat
I never look back and think what if, i have today and tomorrow with any luck, looking forward to it now
Thanks: Klipkopwildlife, Flytilbroke, Quorneng
