I realy dont like these kind of displays they always seem to be full throttle round and round and round like pylon racers, i thought the Lancaster was excellent so to the german twin engined but the mossi was terrible, the pilot seems not caperble of flying in front of a show crowed and his aircraft the same
I would sooner watch one aircraft at a time being flown as it should be

BB
I tend to agree - but I think that Mossie was a Hornet! ;)

Even so, this is the sort of Video that brings in viewers, and poss new members. I feel a video of the whole show rather than a video of just one aircraft will do that .

well BB, what would you rather have, one aircraft doing the bombing run, or a whole load of aircraft, this slot was for crowd entertainment, the only thing the hornet pilot did, was struggle with a huge crosswind, to take off into wind, and get the maximum lift over the wing, you would have had to head for the crowd, quite a few struggled to get off, watch the landings, you will see how hard they flew with that crosswind, one aircraft would be quite boring for th crowd, the LMA boys know what they are doing, granted, there will awlays be others better then others, but at least they turn up,and risk high value models, and never get thanks for it

i have 2 sides
no you dont,
yes i do,

Whatever you say about the Hornet pilot, he did a pretty marvellous job getting it down with what appeared to be minimal damage on only one mainwheel in a strong crosswind.

Hats off to him!
