New Acrowot (balsa ARTF)

Ive ordered one of these from Galaxy

I will either fit an SC 52 4 stroke,I have 2 doing nothing or get a 2nd SC 52 2 stroke.

I enjoyed Davids rweview of the Acro Wot in RCM and E sounds just what Im looking for.But one thing confused me.David states its best to fit the elevator pushrod before fitting the engine,and wonder if he meant throttle pushrod.Cant see how the engine can get in the way of the elevator push rod.As its ARTF usually the rear push rods are already fitted.I see the rudder is pull pull never fitted that before although a couple of my models have it fitted and Ive neede to do work on both.I tried to get on to his thread on Model Flying but lost contact,it may have crashed.

Back on topic now perhaps David explains to get the pushrod for the elevator vin the best way is to slide it through the fuel pipe hole in the bulkhead before fitting the engine.

Glad you got that sorted out Stephen, as I went on RCME site, read all the posts and still thought he was talking about the throttle push rod. Thanks for making sense of it at last.

Seems strange to me usually on ARTF the push rods for the rudder,elevator and throttle are already fitted into the fuselage.The comments do suggest its a much better ARTF than the previuos ones from Ripmax on Chris Foss designs.

Forgiven as always,gissa song go on go on!!Bit misled Because Galaxy have gone into Admin(get it Mike) they cant buy fresh stock so cant sell me the Acrowot.Ive always dealt with them and need to get myself a new supplier unless someone takes them over,hopefully
