It might work if the elements were in the sides behind slotted shield plates. like a domestic oven. This would give convected heat with no direct radiation. A domestic oven be fine if you could find one big enough

I glassed this canopy and also the glider and the glider nose
Then when I came to take moulds off ?

The glider one was perfect, the same with the nose mould
But the A10 canopy mould would not budge,
So I had to destroy the plug to get it out [attachment=215e 31]20181130_174208.jpg[/attachment]
Got there in the end, it was stuck at the top,

Yes Simon that was the intention in case I mucked it,up with the heat, I am going to make a fibre glass plug to use in the vac
I have already cleaned it, just got a couple of scratches to fill

I have done the mould for the canopy so this morning I did the plug that will go into the vac box
I will now reinforce it inside to keep it's shape
Did not come out to bad, needs a few pin holes filling and a couple of coats of paint
