Yeah, I'll have to ask Gregg about absence of a pilot. I can understand it for some of the 3D guys. They are very weight conscious and those pilots do weight quite a bit.

First big show of the year. A select few models I had not filmed before... I've seen these have been flown in the US for a short while now so was great to see Azza fly his new Havoc for the first time at a UK show. Very true. They are much quicker at spooling up than when I got my first engine 4 years back. Other variable is where the throttle stick is, when you push it all the way up. From idle it does take what seems a long time but if you're at 1/3 to 1/2 throttle it's fairly quick.

I think it'll take a long time to win over the public but it'll only happen with their use for good as the speaker was sharing. Apologies for the relatively poor audio. I'm investing in a focus mic so it improves for next time I do this type of work.
