Well the tailplane,elevator, fin and rudder are fitted.


Top of the fuselage covered.


Rudder and elevator working, almost.
I need to access the bottom of the fuselage to adjust the snakes a touch, no big issue, just annoying.


will get it turned over during the week and blend the underside of the tailplane into the fuselage and then i can continue covering.

Not a happy bunny today.
whist covering the other side of the fuselage i had a hand spasm and put it through the tailplane.

repairs are now underway.
sheeeeeeeeeeeeeesh for crying out loud.

As there was only one built it does beg the question is did it use them?
The only picture I can find that shows any part of the original cockpit (1929 Flight article) is pretty inconclusive but it was rebuilt 1938 so it is possible they were white. ;)
