Cheap velcro here -

Got mine today - it might not be good enough for holding lipo's, as it's only 1cm wide, and not very grippy.
It's double-sided, hooks one side, eyes on t'other, so it sticks to itself. Be ok for sticking receivers and speedo's in, though. (and for holding plants up!) :S
