Simples - a 1G pushover!

if you are calm and collected when all about you are going berserk - you've missed something important!

Flying straight and level is the same as standing on the floor or floating in water = 1G
In an aeroplane/space shuttle/ other falling object - from level fright, push gently on the down ele, until you are neither at +1g or -1G .. you are now at 0g, no gravity effect, or falling as fast as gravity can pull you down.
A sky-diver, before he pulls his chute, is falling at slightly less than 0g, (say +0.25G) because of drag.

if you are calm and collected when all about you are going berserk - you've missed something important!

Don't agree with you Eric, once the Skydiver reaches VNE he's feeling everything at 1G.
Interesting Stephen, the special flight suits that they wear can actualy generate lift if they're going fast enough, so they can dive down and then climb, not far though!
