how about a Zeppelin ? was created by old ugly
after yesterdays internal explosion i figured i better jump rite back on the horse.
i bought this kit a while back, it is from Dare models. rubber freeflight 27" wingspan. 'Zeppelin Lindau (Donier) CS-1" ' .  (i have no idea what all that means)
to me it looks like a real ugly duckling that most likely will not fly very good but i kinda like the weirdness of it.
i just opened the box. i really like that the plans and the tissue were rolled up rather than folded like Dumas kits. the lazer cuts are not a burnt as bad as Dumas and to my eye the tissue looks to be a better quality too.

if you are calm and collected when all about you are going berserk - you've missed something important!

It appears the Zeppelin CS1 was an all metal reconnaissance float plane designed by Dornier who was working with Zeppelin mid 1918 . Only two were built and it proved to be under powered and slow. Testing of the prototypes was discontinued following the armistice.
Rubber powered?...hmm.
