For the electric flyers
They are clips to go over the balance leads to avoid damage plugging and unplugging

Here's one place

Tend to slip off if tight, but maybe that is just the cheap ones.

There's nothing to stop you putting a blob of silicon into the cover thingy before you clip it shut.

I got mine from HK and when demonstrating them on a mates battery
had to use a small screwdriver to prise it open so I get it back

They didn't unclip, but slid over the plug.

The silicon would do the trick I think.

Oh. mine clip over the JST there is a grove around the front where the lip around the back of the JST slots into.
