Am I right in thinking they look like HiTec knock offs, even down to the numbering and label colour?

Someone in a comment mentioned they are tower pro rip offs, but there’s so many unknown brands out there, who knows.

Street view shows that address as a private residence in what appears to be a housing estate. It has a garage with a Mitsubishi parked in it!
