Sarah, I think the mobile version of the site might be optimised for tapatalk, could that be your problem? I can't make any more comment 'cos my phone is a bit rubbish so I don't even try.

The bar being stuck at the top of the page when scrolling has always been like that OF. unless you're having a different issue. Sarah's issue was that the blue bar was stuck half way down the page on her mobile.

The bar itself is not the problem, it's just that when I click onto a new post, it coveres the first line so I have to scroll up ti read it.
Only a minor niggle really.
