I have developed a very basic popup when you post a message to show that it is being submitted.
The reason for this is that when images are being attached the page load can take a long time.

Any problems with this popup

So the new popup on post submission isn't pissing anyone off yet?

Ah! - There it is, a little blue arrow chasing it's tail in circles right at the bottom, I had to scroll up to find it - but I haven't 'sent' anything yet (apart from this!) but it is still whirling merrily away!

I have cleared the website cache so hopefully it will show up correctly for everyone now.

Thanks for the Screenshot! That confirms to me that it's just the design CSS that is not updated yet on your PC.

When you cache updates. You will see the real magic haha

Basically, that spinning wheel will block the whole page while the post is submitting.

If you want to have the new "loading" screen when you submit a post please follow these steps.

1) click reply to this thread.
2) Hold CTRL and press F5, This will refresh the page and could be slow... just wait. (this may also be SHIFT + F5 on other browsers, no harm in doing it twice with both iterations)
3) your choice... post something to see if it worked or cancel and go about your business.

This will force your browser to refresh / re-download various design (CSS, JS, image) files that are stored on your PC without having to go through the hassle of clearing you browsing data and cache.
