What did you buy at the Nats.

I managed to buy 3 models and some servos and a BMFA cap which is very comfortable.I purchased a ready to fly Hangar 9 Sundowner fitted with an Irvine 52 2 stroke,in its box a Hangar 9 funtana X 50 ,and an as new Travel Air which Ive fitted the Swift gear into.I also bought 7 servos.I think the star bargain buy was by Garry.Ive never seen money come out so fast,and thanks for the education in how to deal in a crowd Garry.

Saved my money for the bring and buy on Sunday then couldn't make it back so bought nothing so please don't rub in all your bargains you got

Oh that was a shame dean it was the best part of the weekend for me cause itll last for a while yet.

I bought the option to move the Swap meet to the other end of the field at the last minute. paid off.lol

I bought what I went for, which was the P51D Mustang from Century models. As the peps who were with me know I was looking at a model costing £249, but they had 2 outside at £149, as they had been returned as faulty, and were being sold at second hand price after being put right by Century Having now finished the model, I would say the price I paid was about right, and would have been a little upset if I had paid the full price, as the model is not as good as the write up. However lets see how it flys when I maiden it.

3 x ARTF Indoor Rubber Free Flight models from Same
Various bits from the tool stands, including a Dial Test Indicator and Magnetic base for my lathe - bargain at £14!
Finally, I got attacked as I passed the Century tent, they dragged me in and forced me to buy an 80" foam B17!

Good job I was only there for the day!!

AH, the bring and buy, 3 years ago, best bargain i got from there was a mercedes estate, actually, i stole it i was in there at 5 in the morning with my crew, cleaning the place, set all the tables out, let traffic in 5 at a time, stopped punters getting in, car drivers are instructed to unload, and go park the car, this merc was there blocking the traffic, owner no-were to be found, silly boy had left the keys in, i parked it in sheffield good job this year there was good weather, the RAF do their best to completely empty the hangar, but this year i believe there was some immovable full size in?? i wasnt there, did the indoor flying happen?

I bought a YT Magic it is a great little plane, have lots of fun with it, although i lost radio contact and had to rebuild it, so not much left of the one i bought
