Needs finishing and sorting, but everything is there and complete.
I have heard that they don't fly very well and a few alterations have to be done.
But as it was free, it has to be worth a go.
the leo engine will be sold as its going electric ( grumps will hate me
got some emails with it telling the sad tale of deagostini's incompetence.
chap ordered the engine in may 2005, took him 4 emails and nearly 2 years to get the engine from them. engine arrived in march 2007. no wonder so many got put on ebay.

its mainly just the job of sanding it all down, going over all the joints, covering and fitting the control surfaces.
then paint and find a motor for it.
so end of next week then.
then we can move onto the cirrus moth.
working my way through the back log so i can have a clear table ready for a lancaster after the wedding.

Have you come across anything that you would change if starting from scratch?
Hoping to start mine soon!

Somebody called me 'pretentious' the other day.
I nearly choked on my latte.

it has fixed u/c and i aint changing it cos it would mean completely rebuilding the wing.
not worth the effort.
so sports scale it will stay.
probably will not fly or last very long anyway.
