GWS Formosa (Poly's Trying Electric)

There's a lot going on in my life this year. After returning to the hobby about 4 years ago I've been pottering around with slope soarers.... It's been 30 odd years since flying anything with a prop.
I've got another thread going about my return to power flying thanks to the donation of a Precedent Hi Boy from Biggles Elder Brother from www.modelflying.co.uk/

I haven't had the chance to get out this year because of a string of medical problems including my 4th heart attack.

Now to cap things off I've been given this GWS Formosa from a very generous forum member.
I've got to start flying electric & IC before the summer runs out so I don't think I'll have time for any more illnesses.

I feel like the biggest model scrounger going. I could do with a Spekky DX7 or 8 if anyone wants to donate one to a good cause.

I've started this thread now so I won't forget to keep a log of how many cock ups I make along the way.

This has been down to the beach a couple of times and is a good fun model.
I haven't been flying for some time because of my heart op' & other medical problems..... Then the crap weather kicked in!
I might just dig this model out & go and dust off my cobwebs.

As with my Stryder thread, posts 2 & 3 had been deleted .... I can't see anything wrong with them so I've restored them. Can any of the mod's throw any light on this?
I suspect that they may have been victim of when we changed server .... I wonder if we've lost posts from more of our older threads?????
