Is this the thing about batteries/Lipos in appliances in mail maybe ? I can't recall the exact ruling.

spent some time setting the engine up on the Rocket and it started and was tuned immediately, just had to get throttle adjustment right and that was easy.On take off my natural flight pattern is right.so when on take off it flipped over left I was flumaxed. It cart wheeled and took the engine off. When home it was a very easy repair and no damage just the engine wooden framed front of fuselage where engine mount fits ,the box and come clean off .just needs gluing back.I was unable to check controls as wiring was unplugged

You do do a good job of repairing them Stephen, however, to be fair, you seem to get a hell of a lot of practice  [badass]

Do you do a pref light check of all controls with and without engine running plus of course the mandatory range check ?

yes i have a set routine i go through but latter part of last year and this year have been catastrophic.ive lost a lot of confidence. If you had seen me trying to take off with the pulse yesterday youd have thought I was a beginner .It was really bad so bad it became comical.Once I properly went for it I was ok.Im going to reduce the rudder movement i was overcorrecting

You think you've got probs. God knows what I'll be like as I haven't flown for over 40 yrs. I can't even recall how to hook up my old radio gear. As for all the new electrics and new Tx 's and Rx's and their attendant additions, well it is way way over my head. I only want plain and simple but will take some relearning. Keep on trucking as they said way back, you'll pick things up again. John
