Long title but it's an aeromodeler free plan f/flight r/powered conversion to r/c 2 channel powered by a DC Sabre.

Well the first one was.
I made the first one with sheet fuz and an extended wing.

I flew it from the beach where I lived and it was great.

Easy rolling straight take off and easy to fly. Good glide and easy landing.

I made an other wing with the same extension and made a glider for it. It's powered by an me heron.

This also flies great with a good glide.

I used rocket sticks for the spars, financially challenged in those days. Only found about 12 rocket sticks in 2020.

I made a further wing extended more this time for the glider, so the orange wing can now go onto the built up fuz, which is going to be 3 channel and powered by a new paw 09 RC diesel that arrived about an hour ago now.

Waiting on lite span to cover wing and fuz, then the radio gear needs fitting etc..

Will try and post some pictures when I have learnt how.......

Back to new model room to finish shelving, swivel chair, radio and a small heater....

Anyone on here into model boats.

I also converted a Perkins Zephyr I think it was called.
Narrow fuz but just enough room for side by side STD Futaba servo, again powered by the DC Sabre.

That was good also but boy it didn't turn very quickly......was wondering as it was flying, was it gunna turn at all !

Hurry up and learn how to post pictures! love to see some! Found my paw 1.49 prefers D1000, doesn't throttle that well tbh, loses heat quickly then becomes undercompressed..

balsa is best.
