I really must get some decent accurate scales, our kitchen scales are notoriously inaccurate so I've used my old Gudgeon scales ( there actually ancient post office letter scales, but my old fishing club used to have a annual Gudeon comp and everyone used them to weigh there catch!)

I have found this most useful as it measures up to 1 kg in 0.1 g increments.
It also measures in oz and lots of other bizarre units too like "ct" which I assume are carats (1/5 g).
Uses 2 AAA alkaline that last for years.
£7.99 on Ebay
I have another that measures 20g x 0.001g but its really meant for drug dealers!
