BUILDING THE MKII MCB FUNFLY.

Yeh, looks a good'n Tony .... it's got a long enough nose so that it shouldn't need any excess lead weights.... you can always move equipment rearwards.
It's got simple lines & should be within the grasp of a moderate builder .... And it's got a sporty look about it .... I think you've hit on a good design here mate.

The nose is designed to hold a 2200mah 3s battery in front of the wing leading edge, thats why it's so long.
if you cut the l/e spar out where it goes through the fuselage you could slide the battery back, but that might weaken the wing.

also on the mkI the cog is spot on without any extra weight added, though with the bigger motor it is now slightly nose heavy, but i think adding a tail wheel will balance it out again.

MCB LOOPY is nearly ready for the off.
anyone want a kit or artf version.

just got to put it all together and do the dreaded wiring.

Just need to connect up the control surfaces now and we are done.
