Think I posted about this project elsewhere but for the life of me I can't find it so here we are...
just about finished the fuselage, chunky little thing which is a good thing in some respects as I hopefully intend to enter next year's Bowden trophy with it and given the normal awfull conditions when it takes place it does need to be fairly crash proof!
Cowl needs hollowing out and cut to allow the engine to poke out.

so I've "rough cut" the opening for the engine to poke out of, while I can get to the mixture needle and fill the tank it's impossible to see the fuel level, didn't want to but I may have to run a remote external tank.

Just put a window in the side!
