This post was put in the cafe this morning by the Beard .
Knowing how this will affect him I felt it deserved its own thread. This was the easiest way to do it
Hope you gents have no objections

Please keep us posted on here please Stephen

hi Guys Issy is now responding to the antibiotics and has made progress Both her mum Marie has been affected and is also on Anti biotics and also my 2 year old grandson Samuel is also on anti biotics as a precaution
Unbelievably thid all stems from chocolate .Issy is allergic to something in chocolate the way some people are allergic to nuts
Issy stayed with her father over Easter and bought her loads of Easter eggs which as a 12 year old avidly ate them .This would not have happened in her own home as her step father My son Johnny and her mother Marie as they carefully watch her foodThey allergy causes a rash on her hands which become seeping blidters and very itchy .Marie knew the cause but her usual cream made things worse .Scratching lead to bleeding and caused infection which progressed to blood poisoning.
Unfortunately her father is a complete idiot and has no appreciation of anyone but himself and made a real fool of himself when visiting her in hospital one of the few things he is rather good at.
This is the father who takes his daughter to football when she would rather be doing ballet He also surprised her with a ticket to a concert at the O2 and expected his 12 year old to go alone.
However the good news is she is still in isolation but improving and maybe released towards the weekend if everything continues in the right direction

Give her best wishes from me please Stephen.

I've transferred several posts from the Cafe to here, they should appear in correct time order but this may make some of the later posts look a bit strange. I'm sure Garry will have a look through and tidy things to his liking.

Pol. [badass]

I just own the forum .... you guys make it great thanks.
