sbus was created by Klipkopwildlife
sbus, or to use the full name, serial bus is a relatively new departure from the old method of plugging in all our servos into the receiver and routing long wiring to the servo placement. Originally brought out by Futaba, with sbus one or more lines can be routed around the aircraft and servos plugged in where they are required. Thus in a complex glider you would have only one plug to deal with when you mount the wing, instead of, Flaps, Ailerons, Air brakes and anything else you can think of. The down side is that the servos are expensive and have to be programmed with the correct channel number. But see post FrSky XM+

Do it now, you may never get another chance
