Posting this here guys as theres no jet section so feel free to move if need be.
Anyhow, test flew this new jet at RNAS Merryfield last Sunday.
It's a Modelbau Aurora, 2.6m span powered by a Jetsmunt Merlin 160.
My good friend Jamie Cuff and I will be demoing two of them at Jetpower in Germany in a weeks time, can't wait.

Does FF Rapier rocket power qualify for the new jet section?

A flyer from Nicasia came down to our site on Saturday he flys large jets very experience flyer had a Skymaster large Hawk 100" plus wing span, on Futaba radio, two receivers two power lipos top of the range Powerbox in fact it had tip top gear all the way through
AND HE LOST CONTROL of it in exactly the same place i lost my F3A Spot- on with my new futaba doing the same thing turning in to land, it dived in and was totaled luckily it did not catch fire, seems we have a spot for Futaba radios

As a side note why is the writing so small and faint when posting !! i have a job to see it
Just got the estimate back from Jetcat for the repairs to my turbine that burnt when my Sprint went in 1400 euro's

So, is your conclusion a problem with the flying site itself BB ?? cos it sure as hell is looking that way. If I was in your shoes, which I am not , I wouldnt fly ANY of my models at that site.

We're back to that high-powered pulsed transmission, where we were discussing over-the-horizon radar.
I'd write the site off, and find somewhere else.
