I think if I was going to spend all that time and effort on a plane I would have engineered proper area increasing flaps rather than what looked like just a simple affair (and only the inboard section) with dummy track housings.

that landing was bang on, i think the slight rock was brought on when the drag upper moving slats came on, no problem, the model had enough control surface control to enable a smooth flight and landing, if it was me flying it, i would be well pleased with it,

if its the same one i have seen going through its over 25kgm inspections in Germany, i believe it is sponsored by singapore airlines, its a shame as you say on the build front that its not more accurate especially at that size, rather than just simple hinged surfaces would have been so much nicer done proper like,,, an awfull lot of it is foam,,, i prefer the nice Lochheed Constellation seen in the background, there are 3 of these flown together in fprmation around the German shows and they are superb,
