Been flying over 30 years but 2013 was my first jet maiden. Don't have many opportunities to fly the jet due to a lack of clubs which allow them, but attended a couple of JMA meets and managed to burn off 20 litres of fuel already in the two times I've been out with it.
Only bit of video I have, but hoping to get more in 2014. Got a few jet projects on the board, but need to finish a few things off first.
Cheers,
Simon

I wish I was a glow worm, a glow worm's never glum.
Cos how can you be grumpy when the sun shines out your bum?!

In the jet world..........not that quick. My foam Rear Bear from HobbyKing is probably quicker. To be honest, I'm not fussed by the speed thing as you end up just flying in a straight line with turns each end (probably a good job as I can't afford those composite missiles anyway !!). It's the noise which is impressive !!

if you are calm and collected when all about you are going berserk - you've missed something important!

They're good for making toast, and for warming you up in winter, too!
Two of the guys at my club fly jets, but we fly from grass - well, mud, at the moment, so they don't appear very often.

Love seeing jets but we cant fly them at the field, One of our members Steve Prideaux flies a Bandit at Blackbushe every year and steals the show ,Its awesome.
