I read somewhere that Ali Machinsky has one that has clocked up mach 0.5.

I see some kids from a Nottingham school have just got a world record for rocket powered CARS 550 MPH :P :P :P
On one of the runs it did 556.28 MPH well done that school for encouraging them

a club member flies his bandit jet at the Blackbushe show at similar speeds but its always to fast for me to photograph hence why no photo

That would be the very nice Mr Steve Prideaux. Top chap and he let me stick two of my cams on his Super Bandit at last Classic Jets meet for some very nice fast onboard footage.
