I often see jet pilots getting a little complacent. Easily done if your engine has been working perfectly for a long time. Hot starts can happen when you least expect it. Having a CO2 extinguisher nearby can save expensive damage if it is used quickly.

What a useless sod that pilot was, jumping around like a cat on hot bricks, did not know what to do
Rule one ALWAYS have the HATCH open when starting the turbine
Rule two ALWAYS ALWAYS HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER WITH SOME ONE HOLDING IT POINTING IT AT THE OPEN HATCH
Nice afterburner effect though
