Luke Metcalf flying this in true scale style. Lightning by name and he flies it like Lightning. I had trouble keeping up. Full after burners and tight turns. TERRIFIC !

How can ANY true model flyer get bored with that sort of flying and control ?????
I ask this after reading a comment from another "modeller" on another forum. I often wonder what they acctually want, and more to the point what sort of a pilot are they .

I agree entirely Garry particularly at the supreme flying skill (what a landing!) with what is likely to be not a particularly forgiving plane.
Having said that it is not the sort of modelling I aspire to or can afford come to that!

What they don't realise is that there are up to 3 very expensive jets in the air at any one time and flying in circuits with every pilot having a caller to advise on position of other aircraft...is the best way to ensure no collisions. When Luke gets a solo slot he let's it rip but that doesn't happen too often...not even at shows.
