Ok . in here we will put any problems or tips with lipos and electronics we encounter , any hints or tricks will be appreciated.

My first tip would be if connecting a charger to a automoblie via its battery be sure you dont spark the terminals and cause car computer issues. even more so with turbo cars.

When soldering a connector on a new Lipo, leave the little insulating shrink on the wire you're not working with! Ask me how I know!

If you have a lot of lipos, put a thin elastic band round each one and tuck the main lead into it. when it has been used leave lead loose, then you know at a glance which are full and which are empty. When recharged tuck lead back in elastic band, simple, bit like me

A secondary advantage of fastening one wire back - it is less likely to short out, too! Hypothetical situation - two lipo's facing each other. The pos wire accidentally connects with the neg on t'other, who's pos wire accidentally connects with the neg on the first lipo......two pregnant lipo's!? :evil:
if you are calm and collected when all about you are going berserk - you've missed something important!

Ok guys ,back on topic . Remeber lipoos and electrics . fizzzzz pop.
Any one good with ECS bec that sort of thing. we could do with a thread on problem shooting those please.

How about this G, the bitterness of poor quality lingers on, long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
Nothing is truer of leccy stuff, sure, you don't have to buy top of the range, but don't buy at the bottom either.
Never run the ESC at the top of its rating.
If you plan on 30Amps, fit at least a 40Amp ESC
Never use the ESCs' bec, use a separate RX pack

I have to agree there klippy , never trust an arf with a possible bec , sometimes they are no good
