EFLITE 110 MOTOR was created by THE BLACKBIRD
Had this motor pack up on me i thought it was the windings as it was solid, today i took it apart and found that 4 of the magnets were loose in fact they stayed on the middle bit when i pulled it apart,
It all pooks good apart from 5 spacers that go between the magnets are missing,they were not in the casing !!! wonder if they were not in there in the first place.
Anyway i want to get it running again, Sooo do i need to make some more spacers they look like alloy to me, what holds the magnets in place, ect ect
Help needed on this one

Thinking back to when peeps were re-magnetting cd rom motors, any non-magnetic material will do, ie bit of ply or plastic. Use good slow superglue or epoxy to bond the magnets in. Make sure the magnets are in with alternate poles, ie n,s,n,s, Make sure the bell is balanced, when you've finished. It might be an idea to take ALL the spacers out, and replace with whatever you use, otherwise you will be putting a vibrator (steady Sarah!) in!

Had this happen to me on one of my smaller motors, and repaired it exactly as Eric has described and it is still running As he says, use slow setting epoxy, not the 5 min stuff

Back in the days when I worked on big machine tools, when ever the slide got 'bumped' the magnets in the slide drive motor 'jumped' off. We found the motor was never quite as strong when we glued them back in.
Back to your problem BB, the alloy spacers (any non magnetic material) must be in place when you reglue the magnets back, otherwise the magnets won't stay put!
As for glue I would suggest Araldite 2011
Make absolutely sure you get your Norths and Souths correct!

Well i think i got all my norfffs and soufffs in the right order :unsure: :dry: :dry: made some spacers from thin ply and epoxed them in just need a big ESC to try it out, the one from the SR71 will do

It runs ok now so im pleased about that, so i need to build an F3A model for it, fancy scratch building one if i could find some modern plans, or pencil one of my own,
