Do not know if anyone is aware of this, I'll publish this anyway.
All the hard to find operating system controls in one folder, call it 'Super Control Panel' if you wish, create the following;
1. Create a folder on the desktop, right click mouse select New>Folder
2. Rename the folder to: (Super Control Panel.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}) **Note the 'Super Control Panel' name can be anything you like. Copy and paste the text within the brackets (...) but not the brackets themselves.
3. The folder will now change from the folder icon to an icon that resembles the control panel icon;
Have fun but make sure that when you use any of the controls that you know what they do, BEWARE
