Does this look ok?

Several NO's, and a maybe or two (or three)!

1) Are the ariel's ok where they are routed - NO. Do not run an aerial near anything metallic ie battery!
As this model is going to be a slow flyer, have one poking out sideways, and one pointing up vertically. The extra 0.002% of drag won't make any difference.

2) rx will be foam padded - NO - it must be in free air, or it may overheat. You need a vent hole in the bulkhead in front, and a vent at the back of the aircraft.

3) How the heck are you going to get the control horn onto the aft servo? If you remove the servo, fit the horn, then re-install the servo, you cannot adjust the control run. Likewise you cannot adjust the run THEN put the servo in!

4) You need cooling air to flow over the motor, AND the lipo AND the speed controller, with corresponding vents or through-flow of the entire fuselage - as mentioned in 2).

5) the Maybe 1) - if you have made your battery box an exact fit fore and aft, how do you intend to alter the position to get the c of g correct?

2) Have you built-in the right and down-thrust to the motor mount/firewall.

3) Have you considered how you are going to extract the battery in a hurry, if needs be? You do NOT want a screw-fit hatch-catch, or to have to take the wing off.

And a secondary question - why did you start a new thread, rather than just carry on from where you'd got up to?

Understood - I thought you were making it electric assist!
You don't need a foam pad under the rx. What for? There will be no vibration to worry about. Just arrange for a bit of ventilation.
In use, a 2.4 rx gets barely warm, but if you wrap it up in foam (heat insulation!) it can get too hot. (Picture yourself in bed, mid-day, on a hot summer's day, with a blanket and a duvet over you! ((I won't ask what you were DOING in bed, at midday - unless you were on the night shift, of course!))
