Make the topic title the name of whatever you're reviewing.
Tell us a few things about it. Where you got it, was it a good service?
Pros.... Cons.... how much it cost and from where.

Finally a rating out of ten (as a suggestion)
for example
10/10 or
3/5

whatever you feel more suited.
Just be safe in the knowledge that you could be the deciding factor as to whether someone else parts with the cash also.
