Blackhorse P40 Tomahawk was created by The Beard
I bought this model about 18 months ago and started putting it together.Fitted a new SC91 4 str and all was going well. Then I started reading reports that the twist and turn under carriage was so bad that it was falling to pieces on maiden take off or on its first landing. The fault appeared to be just not enough thread holding it together so it was pulling apart. Some people tried to modify it without success and others just gave up.I was worried because you can see the servo for the retracts is in the middle of the fuselage so unless you transported it fully built you would have to set the under carriage up every time.I decided to wait until Electric twist and turn Retracts were available in 91 size, but so far no luck

That does look a silly design... even if you fitted snap on ball links to the arms, you'd still need to be a gynecologist to to get your hands in to fit them whilst fitting the wing.
Do what Tony suggests ... rip that servo out & fit it in the wing.
Pol.

Might be worth a look, can't afford them myself!
