One of our members seems to be having a problem with Cura so I thought I'd do a little walk around. When you've been using a piece of software for a very long time, and through various iterations, things that seem obvious aren't to a newcomer.
After loading Cura choose your machine

Once you have a machine that even roughly resembles yours, choose a basic profile

here and then I find a good all round is Draft 0.2mm

from there you should choose to see all settings

Lastly you can save and load from Manage Profiles

Do it now, you may never get another chance

Once you have done these preparations you should now be able to see and modify your settings

Do it now, you may never get another chance
