Where we sit to have our coffee in the lapta the floor is thick concrete and now there’s the beginnings of a termite nest sprung up

These can get several feet tall

Don't let them eat the Bucker!

if you are calm and collected when all about you are going berserk - you've missed something important!

Give him a few hours - then he'll be moaning about the lack of temperature!

My sister took BB to the airport. Then he left his phone in the car which she only noticed halfway home! So went back to the airport, left her car in the drop off, went in to give BA his phone and was surprised to discover that her car had been clamped when she got back! 100quid!

It turns out, the same guard that clamped it was the one she had asked if she could go in and hand over the phone! Doing her usual thing, she went to the office and burst into tears. After half an hour they got fed up and let her off!

Well, the saga continues, there was no landside assistance when BB got to Manchester so he had to walk a very long way to the bus where he collapsed! The Medics were called and the passengers moved to another bus. The airport staff then wouldn't take him to where he had arranged to meet his son Richard. When they finally met, Richard was incandescent.

I got my ride on the Airbus 380, JoBurge to Heathrow 11 hours of misery and pain, but i was in row 84 right at the back upstairs
There is a fault in the design of the 380 in that the luggage racks or cupboards are not big enough for carry on cases, mine went in just but a lot of people could not get their bags in the racks and close the doors
The aircraft was full not a seat to spare anywhere and it got a bit rough at times with the turbulence, the British Airways staff were excellent
