Does anybody get the idea that Hobbyking is going out of business?
They send me the most fantastic offers, then when I try and order it's 'out of stock'

Do it now, you may never get another chance

Have not dealt with them for years, used to get all my gear from them when in Cyprus apart from balsa,

If Wikipedia is anything to go by it appears the FCC in 2020 fined Hobbyking $1.8 million for selling FPV equipment in the US that did not meet frequency requirements.
HK have not responded.
The latest court action is to threaten HK with the "sequestration" of their US warehouse.

As Hobbyking are a private company registered in Hong Kong I doubt there is much the FCC can actually do.
