Just letting you know I am extensively working on this bug.
I am reluctant to turn off Cloudflare since the benefits of using it are huge.

I will be updating the sites content management system. I am in the process of taking a site wide backup.
Should anything go very very wrong, I will restore.

Well, that didn't work! Trying again - -
Is it my computer (Win 10/Firefox) that is acting up, or is it the forum?
If I do not log in, I can see all the posts as normal - but if I log in to reply, my screen goes nuts, with blue text crammed down one side, and the rest of the screen blank white.
If the photo will attach - I see this - and it repeats ad infinitum -

On the odd occasion my screen shows the same, im using windows 11 and Chrome, i just refresh the screen and all is back to normal.

'Refreshing' doesn't work for me. I have to keep completely logging off, then on again, until the thing decides to start up properly.

I have had this often on posts from Eric and once recently on a post from Klippy, Also once from another member I don't remember who.

Is this associated with try to reply to a post before you have logged in?
I keep falling fould of this situation where I look at a site only to find I want to reply but forgetting I have not logged on. Not all web sites handle this situation neatly,. It can leave you no option but to return to the "log on" page and start again.
Just a thought. .

Ha! It worked this time! I suspect that the forum is just very temperamental!
If I haven't logged in, but am just browsing for anything new - I get a warning under each article that asks me to log in or create an account - so I have to log in before I get the reply option.

Last time I went to JFK, courtesy of RAF Transport, they wouldn't let us off the plane because there had been a cock-up with the papers!

A simple work around to the site not loading the styles (when it's all just text off to the left hand side), is just a refresh or an F5.

I think something is going on with the cache. I'll keep looking into it.
