Well I've stripped out the Pan&Tilt, while taking it apart I found one servo has a bit of slop in it, and the whole thing had been glued together with Silicon sealer, no wonder it wobbled!
I'm now using some 9gm servos, and changed the way they operate.

I've Epoxied an arm onto one servo.

and screwed an arm onto the Camera.

Do it now, you may never get another chance

Arrrh, While doing some more engine runs (I had an idle problem) The camera fell off! The Epoxy (so called 2ton) just disintegrated! Almost like it hadn't cured properly! Does this stuff have a shelp life?

I'll have to rethink the whole thing.

Klippy - looking at the pics, it seems that you had epoxied the camera to the covering film. If that is right, it won't stick, although it will grip for a while, until the expelled old engine oil works into the joint.
Also - some kinds of plastics won't allow epoxy to bond, because they are either too flexible, or because they have a slightly oily finish, so again after a while the epoxy just drops off.
Un-mixed epoxy does have a shelf-life, but it is several years. Usually the accelerator part of the mix crystallizes, so the stuff won't mix properly. You can sometimes revive it by standing the bottles in very hot almost boiling water for a while, this seems to recombine the ingredients.
Use it while it is hot, but don't forget that hot epoxy goes off faster!

if you are calm and collected when all about you are going berserk - you've missed something important!

I was able to squeeze out two similar sized blobs of Epoxy and mix them up. Once I'd done the gluing I left it in the sun till the next day.
