For Sale - DLE 55cc Petrol Engine

Hello all,

I am looking to sell my DLE-55 petrol engine. My father and I had bought this engine quite some time ago now with the intention of using it to drive the LMA Genesis that we were building together. Unfortunately he passed away 2 years ago, and I am finding it very difficult to continue in the hobby as it just does not feel the same without him. I'm willing to accept a minimum of £200 plus any postage costs. I will also post with tracking so will be happy to provide a tracking number. I will also be posting it from Bristol, UK, and would like to avoid international shipping.

The engine is in a "Like-New" condition as my father and I had only removed it from the box a few times to ensure it would fit on our model. It still has all the original packaging, as well as the mounting brackets etc that would normally come with the engine. My father and I never got the engine running so I'm afraid it might require a running in, and the box has been sat in a cupboard for approximately 3 - 4 years so it may require some cleaning. Please see attached photos of the engine below to show the condition of the engine etc. I am happy to take more photos and send those too upon request.

Thank you for your time and attention.

Kind Regards,

John
