And company directors, bankruptcy, bnp membership, not only taxes but also undeclared sources of income, council tax rebates, benefit claims, TV licence.

Arrange some fake parking tickets, fake expropriation orders for a new mini-substation, major supermarket build on the nearest green belt to her, proposed one way system past her house, new home for refugees nearby, permission for a traveller camp.


Trouble is, doesn't make anyone any better than her, so the end gain will probably be zero, though I suppose it might be considered fun along the way to let her feel the inconvenience and stress she causes others. With people like her, it is sometimes hard to do the right thing.

Unfortunately she is the most nasty,aggressive person imagineable,not a friendly bone in her body.She is a JP and is very stuck up an arrogant.She has made it clear she will do anything possible to get us off the site,she just doesnt want us there.Fortunately the council are behind us because she has been so obnoxious towards them as well.accoding to her,she has paid a million pounds for her house which gives her the right to harras us.I think a point will come when we have to report her to the police for harrassment,but that is up to the club chairman.

Every time she comes onto your site, haranguing you - make a show of RECORDING HER on a camera or three, and keep a record of the time and date.
If she says you are not allowed to record her - oh yes you are, it's data for the police, evidence of her obstructing you as you go about your lawful business!

Great idea Eric, easyest way is to make sure the time & date settings on the camera are correct. They're often wrong if the batteries have been out for a while.

And warn the club members to be polite & civil when they're on camera ... Get someone to say to her something like "Excuse me madam, as a Justice of the Peace, you know the importance of abiding by a legal ruling .... We won our case now will you please get out of our way & stop disturbing us while we're flying? ... If you endanger an aircraft in flight, even by just distracting the pilot, you may be committing an offense under CAA regulations & we'll have to call the police".

She has already been banned from the farm for trespass even though a footpath goes passed our field but over 50 metres from where we fly and on the other side of a stream and trees she harrasses the club chairman by constantly phoning him complainingShe even phones on days of rain and wind when noone is thereAll phone calls are recorded.
