Looks amazing! Cant wait to come visit! Can i borrow your lawn mower?
dont worry, Rob already said no when I asked today haha, something about it being a rather expensive one- does no one trust me with electrics? :silly:

I wish I was a glow worm, a glow worm's never glum.
Cos how can you be grumpy when the sun shines out your bum?!

That's a very impressive video of a very nice site.

Wind blowing across the strip again, just like it was at the scale day! ;)

Yes thats the only problem, it has to be better than that for me to even bother going down, luckily, we also have a weather station, mantianed by Rob, for me, with the fussy ones, its got to be an east to west, or vice versa, some of them dont take kindly to crabbed landings, and need the wind to slow down, its not always crossed wind though, and 90% of the time, its flyable

Of course if the wind is gentle enough for my lightweights I could land across that strip no problem!

most do land across it, amd there lies my only problem with the field, i dont do small, [badass]

CHRIS, anytime the wind is blowing down the strip, i will give you an open invite, we would be proud for the DP to make an apearance, but, it would have to be short notice, just watch for a easterly, or westerly, :)

What about at the "If-it-can-fly-get-it-in-the-air' Weekend on the 27th/28th July? Or is that too short notice?
Ps can I come to this one please? Its not too far to cost me too much in petrol :) and would love to see the night flying!

well, i know the DP is going to germany, not sure if they would want to risk models before that event, but on the dates given, anything and everything can take advantage of the day to fly what they want, come along, bring a model i will only possibly only be there on saturday, hte barby will be going all day, refreshments will be served for a contribution, the open days are always a great day,
