Electrickery was created by THE BLACKBIRD
I have a new lipo charger that tells me the lipo is fully charged
And a new battery checker that reads the the same lipo is at 4%

Are they old batteries?
If they are new, you have a setting wrong somewhere.

if you are calm and collected when all about you are going berserk - you've missed something important!

I'm guessing the 2S/3S/4S/5S setting is wrong in the charger, it's usually the last one that gets set!

Do it now, you may never get another chance

Cannot find the instructions so iv been on YT and found 3 vids, one in tagalong 1 in Indian and the other silent
Its set up ok i think

And it works for 15-16 seconds and then cuts out saying it is full

The checker still says 4%

I use very similar 4 button chargers and from your pictures I can't see anything wrong with the way you have it connected and the screen info looks correct.
I can only think of two scenarios.
If when using another charger the cells take a reasonable charge then that B6V3 is at fault.
If that LiPo does not charge on any charger than the one (or both) cells are kaput!

Just point
On both my 4 button (they have exactly the same button headings) when the charger is actually charging if you press the RH "setting" button the display changes to show the individual cell voltages during the charge via the balance plug.
The charging dplay

The display after pressing the RH Status button

Pressing the button cycles between the two displays
If you charger does the same it shows what the charger thinks the cell voltages are rather than the battery total.

On my chargers I cannot find any parameter I can set that would cause the charger to stop at 10.44V when on a 3s LiPo setting.
I hope this helps

This might be BB's problem -

or a slightly older model - probably the same circuit board inside -

Perhaps this one is the one that BB found, with no commentary - note there is no holo sticker on the charger, and the demonstrator can't even put a Deans plug and socket together correctly! -

or this one, this guy says and shows what he is doing, and what the display reads.
Notice that the balance socket(s) have different ones for different sized batteries. Plug into the wrong one, and the charger will tell you no connection! Is that what BB did?

loads more, if you put the charger name into the search box.

Nought point two of an amp? That's going to take a heck of a long time to charge the battery!
