Quorneng, thanks for your input, all are most welcome, yes you are correct, I am not discounting the battery weights, as you say they can be shifted around, my goal is to try an keep the rear as light as possible, so as to avoid adding ballast keeping the model light as I can :S
What I am finding out with this plan, is that some of the fuz formers do not align with each other, keeping the shape of the fuz true, some are out as much as 5mm and others   could not be used at all (2 off ), I would say that due to multiply reprinting they have gone out of wack, oh well, that's what one gets for building obscure models
more pics next time
Cheers
Barry

I got busy today sheeting one upper side of the fuz, pinned and glued the sheet of 3/32 to the upper spine, waited to dry, ( hair dryer)then wet down with "cloudy ammonia" and taped down, hair dryer again then glued down as there is a contour in the shape, tapping down and securing the sheet was a pain,I had to weigh down Ft and back of the centre spars to stop the twisting effect, the other option was to plank it all, but as I have gone with sheeting, I will stay with that

More progress today, cockpit /access hatch planked and roughly sanded.
The plan shows 2 hatches on the forward fuz, 1 behind the F1 (firewall) and the other is the cockpit , why???? te forward one for a fuel tank, yep that figures, why the cockpit one ??? and no strength at all behind F1... ????? so as it will be EP powered, the forward one now is part of thefuz, not removable.......makes more sense to me

Thanks Tony, I still can not understand the reason behind the aera behind F1 being removable, if ya got a thumping 60 /90 I.C. engine hanging on to the firewall, why there is no reinforcement behind it, the top half of the fuz is only constructed on 2 lengths of 1/2 x 3/8 balsa longerons :S.
Still at least F1 will now have some support
Till next time :)

Unpining the fuz from the board brought a disapointment, :woohoo: to find that the Fuz sprung up on each end, totaling almost 1/2", tried wetting again and weights ....nup ..almost tore the sheeting off and starting again, 1 last thought was to cut the lower an middle longerons and weighing down in the middle, well that worked. whew  with the base longeron now straight, the ply doublers and lower frames could be added

First off - where are you copying your photo's from?
I find it easier to send them to 'my documents'
then go to the page where you want to put the pic,
click the 'add file' button,
Find the file in the drop-down box, click it to highlight it,
then
right click it,
a new box opens, click 'select'
then click 'insert'
If you still have trouble, it is probably that the image is too big (too many pixels) so send it to photobucket, etc, then copy the link and paste it onto the forum page without using the add file box at all.
From photobucket - use the link identified as IMG,
The link gobbledegook shows on the page, but when you 'send' it, the picture appears.

They work ok as attachments for me.
Would be better included within the post as they can then have the relative text above and below them.

Adding pictures is fairly straight forward.
Click the green 'Add File' box
Select a picture file from your computer
Click the green 'Insert' box and it positions one line below the current cursor position, like this.

Where are your files stored?
