I know what you mean. Keep thinking about the jets in the shed and the hopefully improving weather. Not even had a chance to switch them on and check through everything yet. Got my H9 B25 with a retract bearer which has come lose still to sort out as well. Need to make better use of my time, or find another job !!

Slowly, slowly does it.

Need to make up a balsa canopy once the deck is done, then some serious sanding.

Going to try and complete the final sand of the wings at the weekend and then get some covering on.

Might give me the incentive to finish this model off.

Some more progress. Not had its final shrink as kids are in bed and heat gun is noisy.

I'm sure there are a few things which I could of finished first but I really enjoy covering and it's the bit of enthusiasm I need to get her finished.

Still progressing slowly.

Had a go at the trimming scheme last night but it didn't work, so need to rethink my approach. Could do with a vinyl cutter but don't have the funds for that. Really pleased with the planked area, looks really smooth under the covering.

The colour scheme should look great, but it's more complicated than I normally go for with a film covering. I will suss it, just might take a few attempts.

Spent to the morning on my jet and now I have work for the rest of the day so the next step in the covering will have to wait.

Had a brainwave about how to accurately cut out the scheme.

Not perfect but okay from a few paces back. The fun bit will be making the other wing match.

Cheers
