Andy
In some respects I already had a good idea of its properties from its application in the 'printed rib' where it provided a strength and stiffness at least equal to hard balsa of the same thickness.
It thus seemed appropriate to use it as a dihedral brace particularly as the filaments are laid down exactly along the dihedral angle.
Just to be sure I now have added thin (0.8 mm) top and bottom 'cap' strips over the dihedral joint.
They also have been printed with the correct dihedral angle.

As they are stuck to the Depron good old UHU POR but in 'contact' mode. Furthermore I do not expect the joint to reach full strength for about a week.
I could have used foam safe CA but the joint then tends to be very brittle. For these lightly loaded tiny bits a bit of 'give' is good.
The last little bits before it is tissue covered (I have decided)
The lead outs for the aileron servo wires.
The aileron horn.
Very specifically shaped to both fit the aileron and to be the desired length. It is simply glued onto the side of the appropriate rib.
The hole is included in the print although it is slightly under size allowing it to be reamed out with a needle file to be a close fit on the push rod wire.
I shall have to buy some Eze Dope.

The printed rib wing tissue covered.
A bit of a trial as it is heavy weight Modelspan but it is 25 years old and apart from being rather yellow it does not seem to be as strong as I remember when its wet!
The centre section is double covered to withstand the wing bands.
So far so good but I had forgotten what a fiddle a 'conventional' built up wing is to build. Am identical all Depron sheet job goes together in half the time.

With the ailerons connected up the wing can be finally tested 'in situ' on the Wing Dragon.
A 103 g it weighs exactly the same as the smaller bench mark all Depron wing, however perhaps more telling it is within one gram of the original 44", considerably stronger, basla spar Depron wing which also has two more servos for the flaps.
One more grumble. The EZE Dope alone cost more than the Depron even if I had built the entire wing out of it!
Need some passable conditions to give it test flight.

Flew it today and it flies. Sorry no video.
Not really that surprising as it is a fairly conventional wing added to a well proved air frame.
It has a pretty thin wing section (9.7%) coupled with a relatively sharp leading edge so exactly what happens at the stall is best described as 'variable'. Flying slowly in the turbulent conditions this morning was interesting.
With the same weight as its 'normal' wing and with considerably more area does mean it climbs really well.
