Garry Pollard wrote: Watched this build with awe. I DO know what's the matter with Tony s hands, and to produce something like this with the probs he has ,is a tribute to his guts and determination to get the job done .

Sincerely, well done Tony , I am proud of you mate

Couldn't agree more Garry. ;)
I keep losing track of just how many models he's got on the go, he seems to be working on a different one every day... even several in the same day!!!
He finds time to do all that building as well as photographing & posting his efforts on here. ... He then goes on to entertain us in Live Chat for most of the day .... He's a one man forum!! :woohoo:
We should get you a trophy Tony, ... but you'd probably do a better job building your own!

I just own the forum .... you guys make it great thanks.
Thanks: Eric

well the motors are all wired up and working, phew. it was a stressful job as i hate wiring.
wing fittings are done as well.

need to finish the u/c now.
i have had to cut some of the wheel well away to get the twin legs in, but i think it will work ok.

dont you start. :P
i know it's rubbish. :(
yes i am a failure, i cant build models to save my life. :( :(

i need to buy some prop nuts to replace the spinner nuts that came with the motors.
then i can buy 4 black spinners to fit at the nats.

Nit, Looks good Tony, Captures the full size very well, As for spinners, does the designer not do any, all the commercial ones are the wrong shape

SO, You've built in balsa, you've built in depron, what do you prefer, and what will future models be made of?

i have 2 sides
no you dont,
yes i do,

the vac molded ones that they do are soo flimsy.
will have a look at them tomorrow and see if i can do anything with them.

i prefer depron now Alan, its easier, lighter and cheaper too use. but balsa is still good for more scale use.

Fill one spinner with plaster, use it as a plug for making a mould for a set of glass ones.

if you are calm and collected when all about you are going berserk - you've missed something important!
