umplugged battery.reversed throttle although I knew from before it was set correctly.
plugged in warning bleep throttle open.
put t back to normal on transmitter and tried with throttle closed same.disconnected and put throttle on full on transmitter bleep warning every position

below that turn on with throttle on high it reads max and you close within 6 seconds to set

You have the the throttle trim set to minimum as well?. Some ESC (I have one!) need absolute minimum throttle stick condition to work.

I've always had to reverse the throttle, to get a speedo to work in the correct sense, but have never had the problems of losing bind - once in - it STAYS in!
Just bear in mind that most speedos - if the throttle is more than half open, go to setup mode, so if you plug in the lipo with the throttle open, you will simply be resetting everything. You need to know the beep-codes, (in the handbook for the speedo) to get it right.
If you get the long beep, then a number of short beeps, then you close the throttle, you have reset whatever that beep-code meant!
To reset it all, you have to unplug the lipo, and start again, unless you have a programming card that suits the speedo.
