In the instructions it states Balance model by putting finger on main spar, model should be down at front.Seems simple enough and the C of G is spot on.I messaged the guy I bought it from It was built quite some years ago and the gent builder passed away 3 years ago.He fitted the prop to look good when selling the model on E bay.

The main spar is usually at the thickest point of the section, and also usually the balance point on a straight untapered wing. In front is safe!

if you are calm and collected when all about you are going berserk - you've missed something important!

That's a beauty mate, looking forward to hearing how it flys

Somebody called me 'pretentious' the other day.

I nearly choked on my latte.

Well with my knees it is an achievement Tony, and I have to rest between doing front and back.
However, I cheated on the glow connection by just changing the end by joining the wires. The good bit was I covered the join with a shrink wrap so it looks neat.Already for a suitable day

Ive flown the T180 the most since my operation and have been able to get back to flying.Mostly the only problem has been after the 1st week was fuel to the Laser 50.yesterday I had 1 perfect flight, then couldnt get the engine to run..I took the tank out for the second time and the clunk tube had fallen off the fuel tube going through the bung.i must have dislodged it putting the bung back in,only took minutes to fix ,hope its good to go tomorrow. We also dicovered you need to tighten the needle valve when tuned otherwise it goes round.

I love this aeroplane .its quickly got me back into flying and given me the stick time and confidence I needed.Today at the field with the Radio Queen stooging around showed that.I cannot get the laser sorted at present but I am loath to replace it even though I have 2 branf new SC 52 4 strokes eager to take its place
